Outbound you can check before you pay for it.
We count your market, name every company in it, and show you the list and the emails before a single one is sent. Replies come straight back to you.
Three steps. You approve two of them.
Most outreach fails quietly, in ways the person paying for it never sees. So the parts that normally stay hidden are the parts we put in front of you first.
We count your market
You tell us who you sell to. We find every company in the UAE that fits, and we tell you the number. Most people have never been told how big their real market is, and it is usually smaller than they were promised.
We name the right person
For each company we find the person who actually decides, and we confirm the address is real. If we cannot confirm it, it is dropped rather than guessed. You see the finished list.
We write, you approve, we send
Written in your name, so it reads as though it came from your office. Twenty or thirty a day, never thousands. Replies go straight to your inbox, not ours.
Everyone in this market will quote you a number. Almost none of them will name a client.
Go and look. You will find reply rates, meetings booked and pipeline figures on every agency page in this city, and then no client you can ring up to check any of it.
We are not going to do that. There is no number on this page about how well our emails perform, because any figure we printed would be one you could not verify. What we do instead is show you the actual work before you commit to it, which is the part a number was standing in for.
Be careful of anyone who hands you a number. Ask them whose campaign it was, and whether you can speak to them.
Four things you can hold and check.
Not a dashboard and not a promise. These are the documents that come to you, and roughly when.
A check on your own sending setup
We read the live records on your domain and tell you whether mail you send can actually be trusted to arrive, what is missing, and what to fix. It is written plainly, and it states what it cannot see as well as what it can.
Free. Yours whether or not you go further. The map of your market
Every company in the UAE that fits the description you gave us, counted and named. This is the document that tells you whether the market is two hundred companies or two thousand, which is the thing nobody can sensibly quote you a monthly volume without.
The first thing we build, before anything is sent. The contact list
The first hundred companies with the right person named and the address confirmed. Never a guessed address built from a name and a domain. If the segment is smaller than a hundred, you get all of it.
Yours to keep, whatever happens next. The emails, in full
The whole sequence written in your voice, for you to read and react to. Not a sample of the style. The actual messages that will go out, with your name at the bottom of them.
Nothing sends until you have seen them.Nobody counts the market before selling you a monthly volume.
We once counted a client’s market properly, because the monthly volume he was about to buy was larger than the market itself. The real number was a small fraction of it, and it was the whole country, not a monthly supply. A market that size is exhausted in days, and every month after it is padding you are paying for.
So we do not pick a monthly number out of the air. We find out how many companies exist, tell you that number, then set the monthly volume from it and from what a mailbox can actually carry. Once your market is covered we work the same companies again on a different angle, with the data re-checked.
If your market really is large, you will hear that too. Either way you will be the one person in your industry who knows the actual size of the pond he is fishing in, and that is worth having on its own.
The questions we actually get asked.
These are real, from real meetings. The answers are the same ones we give in the room.
Probably nothing, if all you compare is the names. The list is the cheap part. The work is finding which person at each company actually decides, confirming the address is live so you are not burning your own domain on bounces, writing something worth replying to, and then following up on a schedule for months without forgetting anyone. A list sitting in a spreadsheet has none of that done to it, and it goes stale faster than people expect.
It would not, at that one company, on that one relationship. They are different jobs. A contact buys you one conversation, with one person who happens to know you, on his timetable. This puts you in front of the person who is refurbishing an office this quarter, at fifty companies at once, again next quarter. You were not beaten on relationship. You were beaten on timing and coverage, and one contact cannot fix either.
Clients across building materials, speciality food, consumer retail, events, product imagery and B2B marketplaces. Not one of them sells to the same buyer as another. We name them to people who ask, not on a public page, because several have campaigns running right now and a client’s name is theirs to spend rather than ours. Ask for the list and we will send it over. You will still see the check on your own domain, the list before it is used, and every message before it is sent, before you commit to anything.
No, and this is worth being precise about. We register and run a separate sending domain. Nothing is added to your domain and nothing on it is changed. That protects your existing email if a campaign ever goes badly. The only thing we need from you is an address to forward replies to. And if you ever leave, the domain and everything built on it transfers to you. You cannot be locked out of your own campaign.
We will not tell you, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Nobody can know that before seeing your market, your offer and your price. What we will commit to is the work itself: the market counted, the list built and verified, the sequence written and approved by you, and every company in your market reached properly rather than a big number reached badly.
No. Nobody can see who is searching, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something else. What we can do is reach companies at a moment when they are likely to need you, for example one that has just taken new space or opened a second branch. That is the honest version, and it still works.
Then do not buy more of them. The useful version of this is better clients, not more clients. If you are full of work that pays late or squeezes your margin, the thing worth doing is reaching the specific companies you would rather be working for, so that the next time you have capacity you are choosing rather than waiting.
Say so and we will move the timing rather than the number. It is month to month with no minimum term, so you can stop after any month, and the setup can be spread instead of paid at once. What we will not do is quietly discount the work and then quietly do less of it.
That is normal and it is why this page exists in the form it does. Everything here is written to be read by someone who has never met us. Send us their questions and we will answer in writing, so you are not the one having to explain how any of it works.
No two of our clients sell to the same people.
Building materials into contracting and fit out. Speciality food into retail and hospitality. Consumer retail. Events. Product imagery. B2B marketplaces. That spread is the point. What carries across is the method, not somebody else’s campaign with the logo changed.
We name them, but not in public. Several have live campaigns running right now, and a client’s name is theirs to spend, not ours. Tell us who you are and we will send the list over, usually the same working day. What you can check without asking anyone is your own domain, the list before it is used, and every message before it is sent.
See who we work with
Four details. It takes a moment.
Thank you, that is with us.
We will send the client list by email, usually the same working day. If it has not arrived by tomorrow, write to [email protected].
This does not work for everyone.
We would rather tell you in the first ten minutes than take a month of your money finding out.
It works when
- Your customer is another business, not a homeowner
- You can describe the companies you want as clients
- One new client is worth meaningfully more than a month of the fee
- Somebody on your side will actually reply when a prospect writes back
It does not work when
- You sell to private individuals and homeowners
- You need customers this week. This takes weeks to start properly
- You want thousands of emails a day. That is how domains get blocked
- Nobody has time to take the calls that come back
See what we find on your own domain.
Send us your website address. We will check whether the mail you send can be trusted to arrive, and write back with what we found. No call required, nothing to sign, and you keep the findings either way.
